I felt let down by store managers
Parts Sales Advisor (Former Employee) –  Woodford, Greater London8 January 2018
A typical day at euro car parts is very busy and stressful.
Struggled to learn and develop.
ad a great manager until he got promoted and a new manger was brought in, to which many struggled with.
the hardest part of the job was struggling with learning to hard sell and get the sales when not from sales background, while also dealing with many customers from a vast ethnic backgrounds.
the enjoyable part is seeing a struggling customer come into the store hoping you can help them, find the issue and telling them you have the part they wanted on the shelf and it is a lot cheaper than they expected.
Pros
the ability to order parts for your own car, when required.
Cons
spent long hours on my feet with no real breaks.

Overworked did several jobs out of my wage bracket never had support goventarvets that aren’t achievable manamgent is hired by the fact of an area managers mess ups. General and branch managers getting where they are by having something on their Rsm caused me to have major anxiety attacks still suffering. Wouldn’t give this company or recommend this company to anybody. Eur Car Parts are a disgrace.

driver (Former Employee) –  launceston3 January 2018
a very clicky place to work if your new, lots a backstabbing from other members of staff with a blame culture that is through the roof.
Management/office staff only care about one thing - Targets !!!!
Dont expect to get your 40min lunch break,as there is never enough vans/drivers and your also expected to wash your van during this time. Although management would never admit to expecting you to do so.
Overtime is unpaid and expect to give up a few hours a week of your own time, also there is no sick pay !!!
Asking for a day off/holiday entitlement is a joke and your requests just get ignored.
I wouldnt set foot in that place if you paid me double
Pros
cheap car parts
Cons
Long hours, minimum wage, blame culture, no overtime/sick pay

A poorly managed company
Warehouse Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire7 December 2017
Long hours
Little pay
No chance of a pay rise unless minimum wage goes up.
Lots of dodgy going ons ie stock leaving the branch without invoices.
Management that can't manage at all
Very immature working environment
Management pick who they like the best and brown noses them.
Health and safety hazards everywhere ie racking not secured down fire exits always blocked.
The whole staff needs to be sacked and the company needs to start again.
The poor workers get treated better than the hard workers
Don't work here if you are a good honest worker.

I liked working there the people there were very friendly and funny. The things I have learned from euro car parts are that I know about more about cars and I am happy with that.

Awful
Warehouse Operative (Former Employee) –  Avonmouth, Bristol15 November 2017
Awful management with zero skills. Racist and homophobic behaviour of employees never looked in to. Managers are just as bad and promotions are only given to who they get on with. If you're racist, homophobic, sexist, and prefer to not have breaks during your work day go ahead and apply!
