Productive and fun work place
Recruitment Consultant (Current Employee) –  Tamworth, Staffordshire29 November 2018
Very good place to work at, comments on here are not fairly truth.
I have been there for over a year now supplying staff, I can easily say one of the beat contracts I have worked at.
People work as one team, support from management all the way.

interesting work environment
Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) –  St Albans16 November 2018
Euro car parts had a interesting day to day routine
First task would be adding the delivery into the system then unloading the trolleys of parts and putting it in a designated spots. Then the next task would then be starting the order picking to then double check the orders before sending them to the delivery bins (shelf's). The third task was then for the drivers to get the orders and the manifest to deliver the parts to other companies and customers. Finally at the end of the day after sorting all the orders the team work together to clean up the warehouse before finishing for the day.

Branch Manager (Former Employee) –  London7 November 2018
You can never do enough to satisfy Senior management.
Salary is fairly competitive, but not worth it for what you go through. Asking for pay rises are pointless as they always get knocked back for irrelevant reasons.
You take your stress home with you and worry about the next day.
Pros
Staff Discounts, fairly competitive salary
Cons
Long Hours, Poor Recognition, Belittling Senior Management

Parts Sales Advisor (Former Employee) –  Acocks Green, West Midlands31 October 2018
interesting job role however it can become boring and a drag with constant phone calls, sales targets are too unrealistic and management is rubbish. wouldn't recommend

Delivery Driver (Former Employee) –  Norwich31 October 2018
Don’t even think about working for this company
They are always rushing you to get parts delivered
Didn’t even pay my employer tax so when I found out that they never paid my tax I had to pay this I asked them about this and they didn’t want to know and wouldn’t take the blame for their mistakes
AVOID THIS COMPANY

Enjoyable place to work with a group of good people around you, can be challenging some days. Tasks can get a bit reparative some days so makes the day seem longer than it is normally.

Delivery Driver (Current Employee) –  Kingston upon Hull9 October 2018
a fast paced environment which requires a great deal of awareness about you as you are driving relentlessly for 8 hrs per day, the majority of the time in congested areas.
You must achieve a certain amount of deliveries and runs per day to achieve your bonus whilst maintaining I high degree of driver awareness.

Long Hours Decent Pay lots of pressure to sell sell sell
Sales Advisor (Current Employee) –  Newport30 September 2018
Long Hours and weekends, Decent salary but you have to earn every penny. Breaks non existent. Amount of promotions all running at the same time is ridiculous.

Providing excellent customer service is not enough you have to tick all the little boxes to keep managers happy.

Impossible targets that go up if you do manage to hit it once in a while.

You will be constantly calling customers to sell them stuff they don't want, interrupting them and stopping them from doing their job and getting abuse for doing so.
Pros
parts discount
Cons
long hours, constant pressure to sell

Avoid if you value your health and home life
General Manager (Former Employee) –  Various20 September 2018
If you want a highly paid job that affects your home life and your mental health look no further, management have no skills and are bullies, attitude is to beast every body and make them take failure personally, have personally seen managers and staff reduced to tears over the constant pressure and broken by the beast of ECP, some people need the money, good luck, decent people avoid
Pros
Money and perks
Cons
No home life, spoke to like a dog, made to feel awful daily, culture is mid 70’s and board needs to go
