Bank driver (Current Employee) – Cheshire – 19 July 2018
I enjoy working here as a bank driver as it gives me the chance to search for and attend job interviews for what i would like to do.the staff and management are great to get on with. The number of hours have been cut to all bank drivers so am looking for something else, other than that i enjoy the job.
Start at 8am, with an absolute beat down (even if the day before we had a good day) top management will always find something wrong to grind you down with.
Start by ringing customers to try and get their first orders of the day, customers that you look after yourself, throughout the day it’s fastest finger first on the phones to make sure you reach you unattainable daily, monthly and quarterly targets. All while trying to explain to your customers as to why their delivery is over 2hrs late when they are literally 20 minuets away and why she. We tell them their parts are in stock only to find out about an hour later that they are missing off the shelf in the warehouse and it’s too late to re order from another branch the same day.
Frowned upon if you ever leave your desk to go for you 40 minuet dinner, so you need to be prepared to cram down what you’re eating fast at your desk and then suffer heart burn for the rest of the day because you’ve eaten to fast.
Guys in the sales office have a great crack
Managers don’t know how to manage, everyone seem to have that ‘not my problem’attitude.

Long as management are good then you can be productive with you're time at EuroCarParts and a good environment to learn and achieve new life skills especially as a Parts Sales Advisor or Customer Supervisor.
Operations Manager (Current Employee) – Woodford Green, Greater London – 2 July 2018
Its go go go from the time you step in.. Great staff and banter makes the day balanced. You can go far if you have the right attitude. Time is never on your side as it is a busy place. The day/months years goes so quick as no two days are the same.
Driver (Former Employee) – Plymouth, Devon – 9 June 2018
Bad management. No support. Staff treated noticeably different, even though job description was the same. No lunch breaks. Even nipping to the toilet, frowned upon. Doctors appointment s , forget that. 40 minutes late one day, due to appointment, resulted in really awful email from H.R. dept. Was glad to get out, never know a company get through so many staff members.
Sales Manager (Former Employee) – London, Greater London – 5 June 2018
If you out of work than its place for you, they would take any one of the streets... If you want to have no life then it's a place for you. If you want to be disrespected than it's a place for you, you can do hundreds of jobs at the same time but it's still not enough incredible stuff turnover

eurocarparts is quite alright to work with an staff that knows how to appreciate you. the salary you would expect to get higher by the years and the days of holiday was hard to get when yku actually needed them.
Well this review is all about the ops manager who has not No respect for staff constantly bullying them swearing shouting has no authority as a manager And clearly when Members of staff come in to work under the influence of alcohol there allowed to continue their duties This person should be employed as a manager he should be employed as a circus clown
