The lack of consistency, the corporate leadership team think everything is rosy but it depends where you work or who for. Lack of flexibility in Business Support and the managers just go to meetings all the time.
Lazy incompetent workers get away with murder
In the last few years the hours are becoming more flexible but full time staff work 37hrs. There are also lots of part time employees however there now seems to be a down turn of job share opportunities which is disappointing. ECC operate flexible working hours however that can depend how flexible your manager is and sometimes people can be favoured
It is quite slow depending on how busy it is in terms of meetings and how much you yourself are willing to take on.
