This company tries to reduce costs for the drivers when a van is returned with damage on it. I think you might find that this is the case on this occasion and that the review posted is not a fair reflection on the company or the way it tries to assist drivers.

It started well money was good but no longer. Disgruntled drivers, poor management, 3/4 day week. And when you’re self-employed and paying van rental this doesn’t add up

This company can only offer work that is available to us from our various client base. The work available has fluctuated significantly during the pandemic period and will probably continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Some drivers have had more routes than others but this is largely due to circumstances out of our control. We pledge to offer the workload as fairly as possible as and when it becomes available.

I thought a job meant earning money not losing money!! You have to pay the company£200 a week for hire of a van!days here and there when there busy.pay you for fuel but always wrong and you have to wait and not even covers for mileage your doing whilst working for them so if your lucky enough to get a full week you'll get£250 take home for a 12 hour day

Avoid at all costs, poor on site management, rip you off on vans. You'll never get the deposit back on your van when you leave or any outstanding pay. Basically a bunch of cowboys making a fortune from poorly paid drivers at Amazon

Racists! They kick you out for no reasons,no notice. blocking ur wage for no reasons! The Head Office staff deduct money from your wage just because they can without notice ,information. Time to time they invent stuffs like you have parking penalties, traffic violations but absolutely no proofs. Just avoid this company, trust me. They really don't care about the drivers and work against them!

This company has strict anti racist policies which are rigorously followed. A large percentage of our workforce are from minority groups and remain content to offer their services with no issues identified. The writer of the above comment has no basis for the slanderous comments posted. We adhere to all UK legislation particularly insurance and driving requirements to ensure the safety of staff and public. Some drivers do not understand this and consequently fall foul of the law.

You have no rights, you have no say, you are expendable and they will work you into the ground. Horrible ethics, they follow their own procedures only when it suits them. They will try to get rid of you if you are pregnant, will get try to get rid of you when you or a family member is sick, your basic rights are non-existant. You can get a job here quite easy, its keeping it thats the problem.

Cons
Poor management, lack of respect, treated like scum.

Worked here for 6 months, owner driver. Routes where sometimes long and scrambled when there wasnt enough drivers or a busy period. DPMO always went above and beyond to try to help, all stuck together as a team and drivers would always help each other out WITHOUT CHARGING like other companys.. would go back to this job in an instant, just because of the lads and management. . Reccomend if you enjoy being on road. t

This is NOT a very good company to work for all you get it lies from day one. They get you to goto a place & say that "their head office" will send you e-documents to fill in then you hear NOTHING from them. They also say that you will be paid for ridealongs as part of your training & none of this is true. When you call to enquire about your wages you get told your NOT entitled to any as you didn't do work for them.
Pros
Fat zero
Cons
Liers from day one

Send you home regularly. The pay says £110 per day but in reality it's £4.50 per hour at best. They pay you 17p per mile instead of the 35p as told in the induction. You have to be at the depot at 8 and get home at 8 or 9 if your lucky. I wouldn't advise anyone to work for this company. They still owe me £800 from when I left but no chance of ever seeing it. Started proceedings to take them to court and following all other avenues as advised by the citizens advice bureau.

Driving a long distance and must deliver parcels to customer at all cost. You do not get paid unless you are routed in the morning. Sometimes you come to work and told you have to go home because their is not enough work for the driver. That day you have lost the day money.
Pros
no Lunch
Cons
Long hours
