Great Place
Solution Architect Consultant (Current Employee) –  London27 June 2019
Ericsson is a great place to grow your career. They are working on cutting edge technology, have offices all over the world, and employ incredibly talented and passionate people who are great to work with. They move very fast, which can be tough for some, but those who are willing to move quickly can grow and build their skills in an accelerated and meaningful way.

A difficult place to progress in, on all fronts. Many layers of useless management who will not commit to anything and cannot make a decision. Top heavy company with lip service to employee empowerment.
Pros

Technician (Former Employee) –  London, Greater London3 April 2018
Good place to gain working knowledge, but work/life balance is harsh. 12 hour days with very tight turnaround for night shifts, and difficult to get leave due to staffing levels.
Attracts good staff, even in management, but their hands are pretty tied.

security

long hours

Death is binary. To be or not to be. That's almost impossible to figure out non existence. It doesn't make sense. We have our religious, traditional rituals to tame our grief. I needed more, different ways of facing this cold reality. I hav

Montatore Video (Current Employee) –  London12 April 2016
Pros
Sicurezza
Cons
mancanza di investimento nel personale
