You were able to develop your skills and also show off your abilities. Learning and teaching in a very positive environment. A very structured system to ensure productivity and flexible scheduling to meet life demands and changes. The open door policy set the tone to entire company for team building. Regardless of liking my job, the company was very disorganized and grew too fast and sold products that were not completed and did not have the functionality that customers had asked for and signed off on. Management contributed to this and continued to not hire and accept additional business without resources to work on the projects and implementations. I worked 10-12 hour days and I was thrown into client situations with no support.
