What would you suggest Enterprise Holdings management do to prevent others from leaving?
Well the funny thing is, I was told by my area manager in his words "We have a high turn over but that's fine I don't care as long as the best managers stay" in other words people come and go and if you're stupid enough to stay long enough you'll become a manger with will have you over worked because you're under staffed but that doesn't matter.
It's not really a corse, you go to head office 3 times in total and that's it, everything you learn is done in a week because you'll spend the rest of your year on the road, cleaning cars, gaining cars, dealing with corporate accounts
I want to be treated fairly, pay that reflects my work, have a life, have good health, have a future
That's pretty ironic because when I started it was told it was 1hr but changed to 30mins which I think is about right but really and truly you never get time so no lunch break
Really and truly just say you're motivated by money and want to become management and customer service is important to you, though if only they were as truthful to their customers, you'll get it from that
What is the paid holiday policy like at Enterprise Holdings? How many days do you get per year?
25 days but difficult to take due to notice period you have to give.
