We have a lovely office based in Central London, the work environment is busy and vibrant. We encourage our staff to use their initiative and come to management with ideas about how to make Engage a better place to work.
It's a different process for back office employees. You have a two-step interview process, the first is with your potential line manager, to find out more about yourself and your skills and experience, the second is with the Head of HR to ensure you'd be a right fit within our company.
