I can't express how disorganised, uncaring, unprofessional and how disgraceful Enable (Unable should be their name) is to work for. No organisational or care for staff. You feel very vulnerable and disrespected working for this company

There just no organisation. It's non existent. Ayrshire management is actually pitiful and I have seriously NEVER met as many horrid people in one organisation.
