Productive, effective and great a team

A usual day involved routine vehicle inspection, loading vehicle, route planning and then delivery of furniture to customer in the am and the collecting furniture in the pm. We worked in three man crews and always worked well together whilst having fun. Once I had finished driving and returned to the depot I would then man the phones or organise vehicle or building repairs whilst others unloaded the 3 vans. My manager was not only my boss but also a friend outside of work. The hardest part was refusing to collect too badly damaged furniture. The most enjoyable part was knowing we were raising money for the homeless.
