Answered 29 June 2019Yes, pre-employment checks are completed for new starters. These include DBS, references and occupational health. The time it takes depends on several factors. Delays are most common in waiting for references to be provided, so helping us to chase for these will speed the process up.
Answered by Elysium Healthcare19 March 2019Good staff leave, brown nosing sycophants stay. The culture of this company is as sick as the people they pretend to care for. Money rules.
Answered 10 September 2020This organisation should not be running these units. Untrained staff tied up in policies that only benefit the company. If you complain they victimise you out of the job. Sociopaths
Answered 10 May 2020They tell you no trainers, no jeans, no tops with logos etc. but pretty much all the staff wear random t-shirts, trainers and jeans and don't get told off. I've seen two people get told off for blue jeans but then a lot of others never spoken to. Although, black jeans are a safe bet. They say smart casual but I guess as long as your boobs or bum aren't showing and your outfit has no swearing or offensive phrases, it's probably fine.
