Starts as standard increases after 2 year by 1 additinal day per year, up to an additional week (pro rata if part time) you also get your birthday off after 2 years I think!Answered by Elite Hotels9 July 2019
£50 B&B staff rate - excludes bank holidays and if the hotel is busy
50% family and friend discount
30% off Food and Beverage. Also off spa treatments at most of the hotels.
Training and development is widely available from customer service training to apprenticeships and CPD.
Plentiful parking (less in eastbourne! But on street available), free meals when in duty and working in some of the mopst beautiful surroundings!Answered by Elite Hotels9 July 2019
I would suggest thinking about your custimer service experience - times when you have done well/dealt with difficult customers/solved problems.
Given it is a service focused hotel, customer service (good customer service!) is a big part of any role hereAnswered by Elite Hotels9 July 2018
It is hospitality so it can be very busy and the hours can be long - BUT! You do get to work with some of the most amazing people. I am constantly impressed by how supportive and encouraging everyone is - they all want you to do well!
The hotels become like a family and many of the staff have been here long term - so we must be doing something right! Yes, there will alwasy be people who are not happy and try as do, you can never please everyone. There is really good development if you show interest and commiment - many staff started out as waiters/bar staff and worked their way upAnswered by Elite Hotels9 July 2019
