Good place to work but poor management. Can be boring at times when not busy but over all pay is good. Hours can be long but are worth it at the end of the month with your good salary. Pension scheme and benefits are gold in this job
Great training and promotional opportunities Exceptional perks and incentives As we are based at the airport the shifts are varied and you don’t really have a great work life balance It’s local to me and we have free car parking
Very happy until old manager left the spa, after that things were never the same again, which was a pity as I really enjoyed my time there right up to that point. Found the new manager rude & bossy in a bullish type of way, which made me become very unhappy & depressed and I also dreaded and hated to get up in the mornings knowing that she would be there once I got to the work place. I just couldn't take it anymore, I felt like I was walking around in the spa on eggshells and I had to get out of there and the only way I knew how was to leave, so I ended up handing in my notice, not because I wanted to but because she made me feel like, that was what I had to do, or end up being sacked!!!

Products and allocation
Low pay, management nasty high targets, long working hours
For the UKs number 1 luxury skincare brand both head office and area retail management are very unorganised. Often finding out about new products due to launch from customers, QVC or the Elemis website. Teams will pull together to get each other through but no support whatsoever from area management or hr

Unorganised, Mis-managed, No support
the company has various departments and always expanding onto bigger and better challenges. great range of products and great bunch of people with equal opportunities
treat trolley monthly, social committee
not enough progression and repetitive work load
I loved working for Elemis but unfortunately there is only one Elemis in northern ireland and it is in Debenhams in Belfast. Any meetings we had we had to travel to London, Birmingham or Scoland. It was a fantastic company to work for.
Free products on a monthy basis
there is no work life balance. managment talk down to you if they dont like you as a person they make you life dificult they pick and choose who to punish constant group messages for managemt to talk to you but if you use it to point somthing out its a problem and should do it in person.
Overall my experience with Elemis was a good one. I did find that head office could be unorganised at times and it did make tasks more difficult. The products are truly beautiful and I adored providing the level of service required to work for the brand.
Allocation of products, flexible, regular training
Poor pay, Contract issues
Management are friendly and always ready to praise for a job well done. Training is always fun and held at head office with a spread of free food. Wage wasn't negotiable and was the main reason I moved companies.
