When I started at Egress, I was full of joy and excitement. I would go in early every day and leave late because I had fun there and enjoyed working with the team.
Once February hit, we learned of the partnership with Microsoft and a huge expansion to the company.
Since then, the company focus has changed so much that the culture has suffered. The management has become much more strict. They give out unrealistic deadlines and provide false promises to staff and clients.
They say one thing, we expect there will be a different outcome and usually we are right
fun people to work with, monthly socials, Beer O'Clock on Fridays, good banter. Can be proud of what you achieve.
less flexibility around life, poorly managed projects, poor resource allocation, blame directed at the workers from management.
