- sacking contract production workers regularly with little notice, - lack of personal development of current staff, - HR only support bad managers not staff, - managers are useless, - unequal pay amongst males, females, senior engineers and managers - high expectations with little training and low pay - don't learn their lesson - keep making the same mistakes over and over - don't support long term staff - don't pay for overtime for permanent staff - accept risky requests from customers, with little time for Engineering department to complete a good job - cost saving with milk and coffee, tea, by removing the free milk, coffee and tea bags and replaced it with vending machines which give bad coffee, tea.
Poor management who don’t know what is going on or what direction to go in. Bad systems in place so you’re constantly replicating work, ancient system which is still a black screen with green writing! So much time wasted! Blame culture and lack of training and support
