A day typical day at a work place is come in say hello to the members of staffs and to the children as well. Then once thats done then do the different activities that are available around the table with the children in trying to bond but also teach them something they could benefit from. Once it's time for the children snacks or lunch will help to set out the table for them to eat and help the children to wash there hands.
During my time of doing my work experience with the children, there were many things I have learnt. Some of those things I have learnt is the importance of excellent communication skills, the ability to work as a part of a time, problem-solving ability, imagination and creativity, leadership skills, the capacity to be able to think on your feet but also stay calm in stressful situations that may come my way.
The most enjoyable part of the job is something I realized while working with these children is no matter what takes place, they're already make you laugh and overall make you feel good but getting to know what each of the children are like. On the other hand, the hardest part of the job that can be quite challenging is getting the child to listen.
In terms of workplace culture, this is able to require each of the members of staff to be able to identify and appreciate the cultural differences that takes place within the healthcare values, beliefs, and customs. Each of these member of staffs must be able to acquire from the necessary knowledge, understanding and skills which is amongst the cultural competency. The cultural competent of membersmore... of staffs helps and support ensure that the individuals they are working with are having the satisfaction and a positive outcomes as well.less
my typical day at work was getting in for 8.30am and getting the children settled in after 20/30 minutes of play we would have snack in the morning until about 9.30am then I would wash up the dishes and everything that was used during snack.
