Start off by researching about your role and what is important! Dress smart. If you’re at a group interview show that you are listening smile and nod as often. Ask questions but do not interrupt do not bring your phone out classed as rude. Be yourself and show and tell them the skills you have and the experience you have done before always show that the customers are a priority!!
Make sure if your on social media etc what is on there .because management will look you up and see what your Like.and in my experience many times they sit in the office with other clicky assistant mangers checking you out with laughing joking and making obscene comments or slatting you down even thou you haven't even had an interview yet ...they do this first to see if your face fits .... if you get interview ..best keep your private life private because they are very unprofessional in this area ..
Turn up and look smartish
Research the role.
