They expect way more hours from you and rotas are not set weekly they can change even once public. This company seems to lack in times and can't get certain things right

Make sure if your on social media etc what is on there .because management will look you up and see what your Like.and in my experience many times they sit in the office with other clicky assistant mangers checking you out with laughing joking and making obscene comments or slatting you down even thou you haven't even had an interview yet ...they do this first to see if your face fits .... if you get interview ..best keep your private life private because they are very unprofessional in this area ..

Minimum age is 16. Doesn't matter about previous experience as you'll be trained. As long as you are friendly and approachable that is a great start.
