HGV Class 1 Driver (Current Employee) – Liverpool, Merseyside – 19 April 2018
I love driving and always have got my class 1 as soon as I was old enough I look forward to daily work and deliver car parts throughout the uk. supervisors are great but higher management do not care about the effort we put in as drivers its a good and happy place to be for the most part the hardest part of the job is waiting for the txt to see if youre in the next day the best part is I'm very good at the job and love what I do .
Driver (Current Employee) – Newport, Newport – 19 August 2017
Promised an imminent pay rise, Free CPC training etc. No pay rise nor CPC training, blamed it on the person who told us when we signed up. Look at the different rates of pay for who you drive for around the Country. They take as much as they can from the client and pass as little on to you as they can get away with. Often get booked and then cancelled, easier than trying to book drivers in the mornings.
HGV 2 Driver (Current Employee) – West Midlands – 24 March 2017
The communication is not great and the company can be difficult to deal with. Not always clear information about jobs, hours, overtime or rates. Mostly recruit for DHL automotive, and that can also be a difficult place to work.
