Driver (Current Employee) –  Newport, Newport19 August 2017
Promised an imminent pay rise, Free CPC training etc.
No pay rise nor CPC training, blamed it on the person who told us when we signed up. Look at the different rates of pay for who you drive for around the Country. They take as much as they can from the client and pass as little on to you as they can get away with. Often get booked and then cancelled, easier than trying to book drivers in the mornings.

HGV Class 1 Driver (Current Employee) –  Grantham, Lincolnshire7 August 2017
Fair agency for at this moment. Actually I'm working for xpo logistics via this agency. Transport frozen food. Great work places, but far from my home.

Agency give days for shifts and cancel at last minute, also message at last minute to work and if you are unable to fulfill shift this goes down against you.
Cons
cancel shifts at last minute, very few shifts per week

Agency isn't the best company I've worked for.
HGV 2 Driver (Current Employee) –  West Midlands24 March 2017
The communication is not great and the company can be difficult to deal with. Not always clear information about jobs, hours, overtime or rates. Mostly recruit for DHL automotive, and that can also be a difficult place to work.
Pros
Uniform, friendly driver group
Cons
Difficult to contact staff at times

Easy work and friendly staff, just not enough work to pay the bills
Delivery Driver (7.5t) (Current Employee) –  Peterborough9 January 2017
Easy work with guaranteed 8 hours pay per shift, but unless you drive a class 1 you do not always get enough work.

Even in the run up to Christmas you can get as little as 3 days work in a week.

Core drivers helpful and friendly. Willing to help when you are going somewhere for the first time.

Bias to class 1 drivers even if there are plenty of 7.5t trucks going out.

The hardest part of the job is the stairs to the transport office!
Pros
Good pay. Easy job. Guaranteed 8 hours per shift.
Cons
Not always enough work. favor class 1 drivers.
