DRI has too many enemies, clients and vendors alike
Sr. Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Las Vegas, NV30 January 2018
This is the only company that I ever worked for that has its own security and police force, who are armed with Glocks and other weapons. Working for DRI was like being in a prison; and, if anyone ever got out of line, they were "dealt" with, and everyone looked the other way. The managers are completely loyal to the President of the company, but we worked in a Cast system: if you were not in the President's circle, you were considered no one, and expendable.
Pros
None
Cons
Stressful, dangerous, unpleasant working conditions, very unpleasant upper and middle management.

Needs better management
Resorts Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Virginia Beach, VA15 April 2017
The company is extremely secretive and it feels like they have a hidden agenda at all times.
They buy timeshare companies that are in bankruptcy and are not upfront with buyers.
Pros
Great health benefits
Cons
Very secretive and not trust worthy

Okay place to work
Clerical (Current Employee) –  Sedona, AZ3 May 2015
This is an okay place to work if you don't care about spending time with your own family. The work is interesting, although training is not the greatest. Coworkers are nice and fun to be around. Most difficult issue is having no time to do things with family, due to how work weeks are scheduled. It is a hospitality environment which means days off will not be the normal Sat/Sun most folks are accustomed to. Pay is lower than market rate, but they do offer some decent healthcare benefits and that is important in today's world.
Pros
Healthcare benefits and nice folks to work with
Cons
Poor training methods and not much work/life balance

Remote work
Translator and reviser (Current Employee) –  Aracaju, Sergipe20 January 2015
Remote scholarship work based on translation and revision from english to portuguese.

Normally I receive text packs in order to translate the content into a readable document for non-english speakers.

The hardest part of the job is how repetitive it gets from time to time.
