Customer Service (Former Employee) –  Rochdale30 April 2018
I was being paid minimum wages a the time (around 3) as I was 16. Not worth it as I was yelled at by customers who were mad about there order but didn't want anything to just to scream at you. teamwork was poor and managers only sat in the office "working". I did get £2 for a small pizza and 50% off when I collected pizza. All so if the day was slow I would only work for a 1hour.
Pros
when pizza was wrong you got to eat it
Cons
poor pay and tons.

Staff get treated very bad as you are just a number, some of the things they do with food is absolutely disgusting! i will always tell people to never order food from there! Management think it is ok for members of staff to get bullied by other members of staff.
Cons

Although it isn’t the best, I enjoy working there as it isn’t too serious; we can have a laugh. However, that can be annoying at times as not everyone does what they should and just lounges around but then if it’s busy, why wouldn’t they?
Pros
Discount on Food
Cons
Short hours and not fixed

Managed poorly, lots of shifts that were not on specific start and end times, quiet workplace with unhelpful staff - training was little provided and many issues with customer service had to be sent to management meaning in the role as CSR not a lot of help could be directly provided.

Free Food

dominos instore csa (Former Employee) –  Cumbernauld8 March 2018
dirty store, seen staff break every hygiene rule in the 3 shifts i worked. left when i found out there was no hot water for handwashing. no proper training, no customer service, left 4 new starts in charge of tills/phone orders, was so busy they had to stop deliveries due to the sheer volume of orders and time it was taking to actually get orders out. staff swore in front of customers, played on phones, didnt wear correct uniform, list is endless. will never eat dominos again, the wire mesh trays they cook pizzas on never got washed, they came out ovens onto a tray underneath, half the time they missed the collection basket and went onto the floor and got stood on by the staff. manager was really nice but had no respect from his staff. pay ok and discount ok, but thats the only good points.
Pros
discount
Cons
everything else

Customer service representative (Current Employee) –  Wilmslow, Cheshire25 February 2018
A typical shift would be 3-4 hours long where you are expected to answer the phones to take orders as well as work in other places of the shop such as on the make line (making the pizzas) or on the oven cutting them. You are expected to work every Friday and Saturday rush hours and may have other hours removed if you have booked these days off. Some management works very well however, the managers very regularly step on each others toes & over ride each other. Certain managers will happily remove all hours if you enter an altercation which occurs very frequently dependent on the manager and how they decide to run the shop. There are between 3 & 4 managers that are active in the shop ranging from an area manager, shop manager, assistant shop manager and then a shift runner. Due to the amount of people all having a say on how to run the shop the rules/regulations are constantly changing. This job gives you no security as it is a 0 hour contract and they are able to give you as little hours as they like. Although it is a very easy job to do if they do not expect more of you than you are capable of.

promised hours but not given many. staff are friendly and super fun though. over staffed most the time so they send half the staff home an hour into there shift which is good if you want to go but that was never the case, management threaten to clock everyone out if no one volunteers to go home.
Pros
friendly staff
Cons
not enough hours, poor pay, poor shift managers
