Spend more time training store staff and pay drivers for going out on remake orders so tired of other people's mistakes costing me money

Order stock instead of sending drivers to other stores for stock if they have too cover the fuel costs 2 reasons why I am very close to quitting and actively seeking employment elsewhere

Better pay would make up for the abuse that drivers receive when an order was done wrong or left store 20 mins late

Respect their employees, encourage teamworking and not trying to 'one-up' each other and plan the shifts. Of course you can't know how many orders there will be each night until the shift progresses but having drivers hanging around and then sending people home whilst others stay until past midnight due an increase in orders seems daft to me.

Worked there for six months driving - If your car is more than about a 1.3 youll end up subsidising your fuel money with your wages.
