The manger was rude, the whole system was a mess. Hours where rubbish and the fact that you don't get breaks! Wouldn't suggest working there at all not worth it.

Spend more time training store staff and pay drivers for going out on remake orders so tired of other people's mistakes costing me money

Order stock instead of sending drivers to other stores for stock if they have too cover the fuel costs 2 reasons why I am very close to quitting and actively seeking employment elsewhere

Better pay would make up for the abuse that drivers receive when an order was done wrong or left store 20 mins late

A 0 hour contact is great when your a student as i have residentual trips that means im away for days at a time and i have a busy family scedual so its good that i can do that. Also a friend from work is at uni so she can go for months while she is away studying them come back which is a plus side to any young person working there. Also as a 17 year old girl it is dangerous to go home alone when your home is 3 miles from the store at night and so my manager gets a driver of my choice to take me home. I might just be lucky but my place of work is a home and family we all look out for eachother so the hours are great

Send in your cv or call for an application form. They usually ring you very quickly after that asking you to pop into the store for an informal chat with the manager and then your in. You are given a website and access details which you need to complete before you start. This is just some videos and questions which are fairly easy but if you do get any wrong you have to watch the whole section again which is really annoying but pass this then that's it.
