I do interviews regularly, Interview process is straight forward, general things like whats your proudest moment, bits around what you are like as a person, have you worked in sales, describe a sale, describe team work in a difficult situation, how do you find it best to learn? Where do you see yourself in 5 years. We are looking for confidence and straight answers, so always best to be as straight forward as you can with limited delay to answers, we dont ask maths questions in the interview we have a screening online test at the application phase to auto screen our candidates on the new myhub platform. When applying try and be detailed with your availabillity so if you only want to work 3 days but are available for all please write that in. Makes everything easier. We are flexible to a degree
