After applying online, I received an email to complete a general questionnaire on what I would do in certain situations. Then I received a phone call from the store's manager, this was a very simple phone interview with very easy questions to answer (mostly asking what I thought the company does). Then I got invited to an actual interview in the store with the branch manager where I had to complete a role-play section trying to sell my phone to the manager. After this I received feedback on the role-play and took part in the interview side where I was asked general questions about what I'm doing now, where do I see myself in a year's time and where would I want to be if I followed a career path in Carphone. After completing the interview and role-play I was told there and then whether or not I got the job.
