Poor training, equipment and very regimented, compared to other Contact centres

Poor training - trainers young, eager, but far too casual and too accepting of poor behaviour. Training manuals far too wordy, with spelling errors, out of date information in places ( trainer told us that) and the most boring training ever experienced. Management friendly on recruitment, but Sergeant Major like, when out of training and taking calls - far too controlling. Toilet break time allowed and timed is too short, for distance from desk to toilets and back. Impractical! Free lunch allowance no longer exists.
All my training group left within first couple of months. There are better places to work out there.
