To make a change in this place management need to go back to the root causes of some of the issues I.e Team Leaders how they conduct themselves around workers how they speak to them is a major issue because it’s very derogatory most of the time, training is diluted if mistakes are made operators are feeling the pressure of blame. And Diageo always - more... striving to being a no blame culture but it sure is! Give operators more opportunities if they want to move on and progress this is not always happening. BG4 is a skeleton crew and no one is being replaced they are left in the dark as to why? - less
