I work shifts but can choose a mix of long days and shorter shifts

Depends were you work, its a large trust- generally I really like the staff within DPT and the culture has improved over time. Staff are generally better listened to. Sometimes there are hierarchies. Very strong medical model exists in DPT, which could do with being addressed.
