Replace the grievance procedure as it is not fit for purpose. Eradicate the bullying culture from senior management. Poor hourly rate of pay, increase pay to attempt to retain staff. Recruit senior staff from outside the company to bring in a fresh modern day work ethic and culture. Current senior management love Dickensian work practices.
If you are desperate for a job and are unlucky enough to be hired by them not many steps. Fill out application form interview at a supermarket with everyone listening to your interview. Norse culture if potential candidate has two arms and legs employ them. Await DBS, wait for uniform, training very poor, show you basics and then leave you to it until client complains.
