With the £180 per week rental for the van do you then have your fuel on top of that
Done three full days to get 11 pounds back in fuel yet it cost me £50 to almost fill back up
Noz routes are different every day, if they see you are fast in a area you know or live, they seem to do there upmost to put you in middle of country side delivering to farms which don't appear on there mapping system.
It’s just lie after lie. They only care about themselves not the driver. Amazon are just as bad. Deva now are advertising as diva but same company same bull.
£200 per week for van regardless of how many days you work. Fuel paid for but don’t cover actual use.
Don’t scratch it or your paying them to work.
OK at first then all the problems started with cut or no routes. Never knowing if I was getting work that week etc. Started losing money rather than making it
The interview process was not like an normal interview for me. I was out in a room with group of people. Told wht the job is doing. Then filled in forms, had a drug and alcohol test done. That was the interview
What is the paid holiday policy like at Deva Services? How many days do you get per year?
They force you on holiday, meanwhile they still charge you 200 pound a week for van rental..."Dont worry buddy, come as you please" non sense, sell you 600 - 700 a week for 18 hour days non stop deliveries just to get home after the week of sweat and tears for 200 after all their rubbish charges.
