Typically a phone screening to start, followed by a face to face interview with the recruiting line manager. For some roles there will be an interview with the manager of the next level too.
Most engineering roles have some sort of written test to complete. HR will ask a standard set of questions like: "what do you know about Dematic" and "what makes you the right person for this role".

Standard Holidays 25 days + Bank Holidays (assuming you are not working as resident on a Customer site). You can also buy/sell 5 days per year.
