DD Bromsgrove, avoid!
Team member (Former Employee) –  Bromsgrove, Worcestershire19 December 2018
Delightful Desserts in Bromsgrove is a new restaurant, the employees there are alright.
A typical day would be busy with no breaks and a lot of irritated customers, and no manager around to help out.

DD branches are franchised and thus are owned by different people, this one is owned by a man who will not pay you properly and treats you with no respect after everything you do for him.
He's a manipulator and will threaten you with police involvement if you leave the job, since he expects you to never visit his properties again.

The pressure at the job is on since there aren't enough machines to really keep up with the customers' orders and the quantity of them.
You will have to deal with the customers yourself, because there is no one in charge and the manager is never there anymore.

Please avoid avoid avoid, if you want a lovely DD experience I suggest going to Redditch or Stourbridge.
