The job itself is fairly easy but be prepared to be thrown in the deep end from day one.
There’s no training given, you basically go into another store on your induction day and get shown around, a lot of rambling about things you’ve never heard of before and then your told about the online portal system etc.
Your first day (if it was anything like - more... mine) is a mess! There’s no one there to support you or for you to fall back on if you need help or whatever.
Over the following weeks/months you get used to what you need to do on a regular basis which is replenish stock, delivery, d surveys a ... - less
ProsYou do your own thing at your own pace
ConsNo extra hours, poor management
