Experiance is definatley not needed but a positive attitude will go a long way. If you have no experience then don’t worry they will train you up and buddy you with a full time member of staff to help you get started also if your successful in the job don’t be scared to ask your colleagues for help they will only be more than happy to help you

Acknowledging the hardwork normal staff do. Do not come to talk to them just to talk about selling more credit cards, about the importance of daily upselling and sideselling, about meeting departmental daily targets, about things not being done due to shortage of staff and seeing only all the negative things. And acknowledge that staff only have two hands and we only have 24 hours in a day and not make staff finish a ton of outstanding work and stayed late and not pay overtime.

Often - it is a hit or a miss. Overtime is not usually available at the end of the tax year or when the company is saving money. However, during summer and Christmastime there is usually plenty.

25% of Debenhams brands and 10% of concessions as long as you get the staff credit card. (Credit card and credit check done when applying). If you don't get that, you get nothing.
