Ridiculous. 50hrs a week min for managers. 12, 11 hours shifts for FOH members, on minimum wage may I add. Time frames for room cleans, even if someone has defecated/urinated or vomited their selves in a room! All for the bare minimum they can legally pay you. Fake posh is Daniel Thwaites.

Employ Spa Managers who actually know how to run a spa then you wont end up with staff telling other staff what to do which causes conflict between staff.

All dependent on what contract you are on, casual contracts were actually 0hr and didnt get holiday pay
