Practice leader (Former Employee) – Llandrindod Wells – 14 January 2017
Loved this job for a few years but eventually the low pay tells. Can not fault the co-workers or even management, both were brilliant. Just the job culture in its self seems to be in decline all the time with low wages and constant funding cut backs.
Plenty of days out, you could make it what you wanted.
Constant cut backs left staff and management frustrated.
Support Worker (Current Employee) – Llanybydder – 18 February 2019
This is the best Care company I have worked for. They have a person centred approach not only to the people supported but also their work colleagues. It is the only company I have worked for that offer onward training and career progression. Can't recommend it enough
Support Worker/Carer (Current Employee) – Rhayader / llandrindod wells – 18 September 2016
My typical day at work will start at 7:30am at a lovely gentleman's house prime example of domiciliary care and I absolutely love it here. Without our services he wouldn't be able to do anything i get a huge kick when leaving as I no I've helped him loads in just over an hour. I've learned a lot in this job as it makes you relise how precious been young and healthy is. It's brought out the best in me. As you see some sad states in this Job as all my clients tell me make the most of it while your young as when your my age it's to late. That really has stuck with me.
