I had to complete an application form; create a short video on what makes a good manager; and attend an assessment day which consisted of one group interview, two individual interviews, and literacy and numeracy tests.
This is not standard for all roles though, it was because I applied to the Management Trainee scheme. A normal process would consist of talking to one of the recruitment team, followed by an interview with the hiring manager for those shortlisted.
