Repair Centre Technician (Former Employee) – Crawley – 31 July 2017
Fantastic co workers, although there are a few minor squabbles between employees but its easy to avoid this. With good luck you can be given interesting work, but some is mundane and repetitive. Staff are well valued and rewarded, such as free lunches during times of high work load. Overtime is often available
Free lunches, feeling valued, overtime, possibilty of interesting project
Some squabbles between a mostly friendly bunch of people, possibility of a boring project
Field Service Engineer (Current Employee) – London – 20 April 2017
Good work colleagues and annual leave, not much progression or interaction between Field Engineers and management. Low starting pay for Service Engineers, staff treated fairly apart from unequal pay for staff on the same grade
Engineer (Current Employee) – Canning Town North – 11 February 2017
Lack of relevant job training, no training courses, (Unless your a senior engineer, who's face fits) Incompetent, unqualified service delivery managers, Very poor staff retention record, Long hours, Most enjoyable part of the job is end of a 12 hour shift.
Management and HR does not trust new employees and blindly follows their senior engineers, anything they say it is to be believed regardless of full CCTV evidence. New employees sacked on the baises of lies of senior engineer without any proper investigation.
Office Manager/Secretary (Former Employee) – Laindon – 31 October 2016
I would be working as a PA for the Managing Director one day and then helping out with Site Safety Plans the next. I booked contractors into shopping centres and various Banks via online booking forms. I learned how important it was to have everything in place for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 audits. The office was small, mostly men.
