Shift Process Operator (Former Employee) – Leek – 13 September 2016
The job involved running several vessels at once, shifts could vary between being fairly quiet to incredibly busy. Management were very pushy and extremely unsympathetic to personal issues. Co-workers were typical of a factory environment. Expect plenty of ripe language and robust views! By and large decent people though. The hardest part of the job was the panic attacks that developed thanks to the special attention I received from my line manager. Nothing about it was enjoyable by the end, my health improved immediately upon leaving.
Final salary pension
