Friendly colleagues and organised
My role was voluntary which is I gave a low score for the salary/benefits sector (I basically didn't make salary).
The environment itself was filled with extremely friendly staff, however, and would let you know if you need any help. I once had to cancel my usual shift, on the same day I was due working and I just emailed the staff and probing questions - more... as to why you've cancelled the shift, they would accept that you couldn't come and and ask or state what days you would be free! As long as you don't do this often of course!
