Not the worst company that I have worked for, however as with all care sectors, hours are long, mixed between earlies, lates, sleepins, bank holidays etc, and as a result your work/home life balance is affected. Managers do their best but are not fully supported by their superiors which is a real shame. Service users are fun to support, it can be challenging - more ... but very rewarding. - less
