3 phases of an interview If it's a sales role.
1st phone call, qualifying you have the experience.
2nd interview, again qualifying you have the experience plus competency questions.
3rd interview face to face, qualifying questions similar and Role playing, sell this item within 5 mins. Be expected to know ALL a companies brands and companies background.
They work by the STAR method which is quite rigid, but if you apply this you should be ok.
Personally, I found the whole process drawn out. When I was told at the end of the 2nd interview that the next phase was a preset non negotiable date, I could not make this date so was then told my application would have to be pulled. Normally a company will explain the process and ask if you are free on the said dates before carrying out a 45 minute phone interview and wasting everyone's time.
Hours are completely dependent on the role you are doing and whether it is in a store, in the field, the head office or contact centre. You would need to check the specific hours for the job you are applying for
The CPM recruiter will give you guidance on how to prepare for interview, as the preparation you will need to do will vary depending on the job you are interviewed for. In general researching who CPM are, understanding the job and having some knowledge about the client / brand you will be representing (if applicable) will help you.
I dont, I avoid the job like the plague but if i need the Dough then ill work a shift or two to keep my head above the water.
