It's not a bad place to work
Support Worker (Former Employee) –  Ashton-Under-Lyne, Greater Manchester6 April 2018
It's ok place to work and get some health care experience, friendly helpful staff. Shame about the long work hours with no breaks and crazy shift patterns.
Cons
Hours are too long, no breaks rota never out on time so can't balance your appointments etc, your shifts are all over the show.

Support Worker/Carer (Current Employee) –  Ashton-Under-Lyne9 October 2016
All there training is good but it is very hard work and you need good mental state to work there. The children are lovely and the training is great but it is very long hours and breaks are on premises whilst looking after children.
Pros
training
Cons
