The shifts were long, the organisation of the team itself was not good. Communication was the biggest problem and having to ring constantly asking for shifts when promised infinite upon starting. The agencies contracted slowly released all agency members for full-time staff members.
The workplace itself was decent with the individuals and teams currently - more... there, however you was expected to just know what you were doing and left to do your job.
