1) They constantly want you to attend networking and social events, this can be multiple times a week.
2) I felt uncomfortable pretending to offer clients the best fare price, knowing full well I wasn't once I gained their trust
3) The company has a revolving door system and they don't make the effort to keep hold of quality staff
4) The company - more... practically encourages a dog eats dog environment, where there is little support for staff and staff/ internal teams will be fighting each other for leads/ accounts (management included) - less
