They don't ask any questions. There site managers are often lack basic English. They are normally so desperate for staff. They hire any one. If they decide your not what there looking for. Or not suitable for the site garage. They terminate you. Just like that .
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Cordant Cleaning a better place to work?
Change pay system to monthly with just one cut of date and pay staff the hours they have worked for starters and the supervisor be there between 15.30 and 21.00 and communication is key .
Getting kicked from one site to another.
Especially when they live locally to garage site .
Dark cold nights. Horrible smell of diesel.
What would you suggest Cordant Cleaning management do to prevent others from leaving?
Poor communication between staff and site managers biggest problem that this company faces.
They work different hours to shunter staff.
They Don't see what goes on at night time. Because they work day time. They should work same time as us.
No organisation whatsoever........... its a shambles, just look at the Metrolink contract in Manchester.
The Management have destroyed it and some of the supervisors are useless
Not long as they desperately need people because lots of people leave due to the unfair work culture.
