Strategic Purchasing Manager - UK & Serbia (Former Employee) –  Melksham19 February 2018
Nothing good to say about this company.
Typical day at work was to fight the Unions over any change and fight the management board who had a policy of "do it my way or no way, irrespective of which way was better"

A mix of attributes??
Continuous Improvement Leader (Former Employee) –  Melksham, Wiltshire.7 January 2015
Having worked at this Company for 30 years it is fair to say that there has been a marked change over the years.
Outputs and quality have improved as has been necessary in a very quality, cost supply industry but Management have become so target focussed that reporting has become less honest rather than improvement focussed. Wastes are high although Labour costs are continually the main focus for cost reductions.
The people are generally top class throughout but management have progressively fallen into the trap of empowering people that say 'yes' rather than people who say what needs to be said. Labour costs will inevitably mean that production will continue to move to Eastern Europe from the UK.
Pros
Good Holiday allocation enhanced with service.
Cons
Contracted hours are never enough, if you disagree with certain people then you will loose out.
