The team and people here are great and I really enjoy the shift rotations offered. The team are really supportive and engaging and have regular awards to celebrate success on site.
Would highly recommend this place to work for everyone wanting to get contact centre experience and opportunity for progression as a lot of team leaders and operations managers progressed from starting on the phones.
You are just a name and number. Don’t believe bonus as there never right and always late on payment if you get it at all. Management don’t want to know just fob you off. Things will get better and things will change is all you hear. Yes they will change, they will pile the pressure on with unrealistic targets and then disciplinary action with one mix up or mistake. Trust me it might seem like easy money but it sure isn’t stay clear.
