Just poor!
Bar Supervisor/Manager (Current Employee) –  Hampshire12 November 2018
Very poor managment with very bad leadership skills.
Forcing people to sign a 50 week year contract.
Never had any real training just hopless online training which is a joke.
Never had a development review.
No encourgament or praise from company direct.
Was put in supervisor role and had no training help in setting prices finding competent staff. Not had anyone highter ask me how im getting on.
Site manager was promoted to area manager. (bet hes been getting a pay rise) and not been replaced.
Staff just get moved about to fill the gaps from redundencies people leaving.
Would never reccomend anyone works for this company at this current time.
Pros
MOD clients are quite nice
Cons
one day off a week. No PDR or training in 5 years been with them.

Very good job work/life balance, However it can be tiring as you are on your feet for very long periods of time and will often be working late into the night.

Not great hours
catering assistant (Current Employee) –  Cardiff, Cardiff4 October 2018
The pay wasn't great for under 18s. It's £4.75/hours. Also as its a 0 hours contract the most you'd work would be twice a month. Having said this, i did enjoy working here and it was great experience for future jobs.

Relatively Good Employer
Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) –  Cambridge16 July 2018
Good Employer, though full of mismanagement, poor benefits such as no sick pay, and the managers are too focused on numbers to remember the people. Their financial year does not fall in with the rest of the world, and the staff has no motivation to work or stay, the good people leave for something better because of management tiptoe around the complaints against troublemakers instead of dealing with it.
Cons
No Sick Pay

CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE (Current Employee) –  Leeds, West Yorkshire13 July 2018
Generally the company is a good place to go to work and then go home. The recent years have seen a tighter staffing and even tighter money-management. Luckily, I have been blessed with good people to work with in this company, and it has been the only reason I have stayed in this job for more than a year.
Cons
Free meals were removed, no free services at work, expect work-courses to be completed in own hours.

Hospitality Assistant (Current Employee) –  London, Greater London21 May 2018
Very outcome focused organisation. In my unite management does not care that we are lack of equipment, they want to be the job delivered still. Most of the time we are lack of staff too, especially during lunch time.
Pros
Free lunch on duty, no weekend work
Cons
Unqualified management, no way to progress
